Emily's Rentals of Harker Heights

Emily's Rentals needed a site that would maintain a list of all their available rentals, allow their customers to view those rentals, as well as provide the ability to print out a handout of the available properties for their customers. They wanted all this while keeping a "hometown feel" to improve their business image.

Since they regularly acquired new rental properties, we had to ensure that it was relatively simple to add listings to their site - this was a main driving force in them choosing to go with us since it was very difficult to add listings on the site they already had. Since they had a high turnover of "Active Listings" we also had to ensure that the Main Graphic on the Home Page automatically rotated the images between the current listings (it automatically changes the images every hour).

All in all, the site transition went surprisingly smooth, there was only 1 small issue with the online payment process, which was easily rectified. They are very happy with the way their site turned out and appreciate how it helps them in maintaining the list of available properties they have for rent.

Website Design Pricing

To aid in budgeting your website design, we have standardized our prices. The basic charge for a full website package is $2000. The sites we create include:

Static Web Site - This is basically a "Web Billboard" where you provide various information to your customers. For this type of site the information rarely changes.

Database Backend Web Site - This type of site gives you the ability to "login" and add/change information to the site and add "inventory items" to the site. This type of site is perfect for Realtors, Auto Dealers and anyone else that sells large items.

Shopping Cart Web Site -We are currently developing the backend to provide a shopping cart based site - not available yet.
